Richard Frye was an associate at Weil before lateraling to Winston & Strawn for a two-year stint. He has rejoined the New York law firm as a partner.
Frye focuses his practice on equity offerings, minority equity investments, joint ventures, venture capital investments, public company reporting issues, matters of corporate governance and fiduciary obligations. His has represented Kainos Capital, General Electric Capital Corporation and Aethon Energy among others.
