Rusty Hardin Promotes Three to Partner

October 22, 2018 Brooks Igo

Rusty Hardin & Associates announced Monday that three attorneys have been promoted to partner.

The Houston trial firm’s newly-minted partners are Jennifer Brevorka, Lara Hollingsworth and Megan Moore.

“All three have very different personalities but they are equally outstanding lawyers,” Rusty Hardin, founder of the firm, says.

Brevorka has represented elected officials, CEOs, whistleblowers and small businesses involved in complex business disputes and facing federal criminal charges or subpoenas.

Hollingsworth, who has worked at Rusty Hardin & Associates for 15 years as of counsel, is ramping up her appellate practice to full-time. One of her most high profile matters involved representing Rice University in an appeal that confirmed the immunity status of private universities.

Moore concentrates her practice on business disputes, breach of contract and fiduciary duty, and employment disputes. She represents clients in the manufacturing, mortgage, medical, energy, real estate, financial, pharmaceutical and technology industries.
