Samsung Recruits Dallas Litigation Partner Paulette Miniter In-House

November 17, 2025 Brooks Igo

Dallas litigator Paulette Miniter announced on LinkedIn Monday that she has joined the legal department at Samsung Electronics America as director and senior counsel of litigation and government investigations.

“Samsung is one of the largest global brands, and I look forward to working with and learning from my colleagues globally and contributing to this dynamic organization,” Miniter said on LinkedIn.

This is Miniter’s first in-house role. She has gained experience at several firms with prominent litigation practices, including Gibson Dunn, Lynn Pinker, and Akin. She has been a partner at Dallas-based boutique Brown Fox for the past year and a half.

At Samsung, Miniter will manage complex litigation (including product liability, intellectual property, consumer class actions, and commercial litigation matters) and government investigations for the company’s mobile and telecommunications business.
