(July 16) – Holland & Knight announced this week that Scott Wallace has been named executive partner of the firm’s Dallas office. He succeeds James Chadwick, who has served in the role since the firm opened the office in 2013.
Wallace, who was part of the 23-lawyer team to jump to Holland & Knight and establish its Dallas outpost, counsels financial institutions in transactions, including asset-based and cash flow lending, subordinated debt, mezzanine and structured finance transactions and workouts and restructuring.
“There’s significant potential for growth in Dallas and building the Holland & Knight brand in this market will be a top priority,” he said in a statement.
The Tampa, Florida-based firm has 35 lawyers in its lone Texas office.
