Shackelford Announces Partner Promotions

(Feb. 6) – Dallas law firm Shackelford, Bowen, McKinley & Norton recently announced the promotion of three attorneys to partner.

Michelle Snedden is now an equity partner in Dallas. She represents real estate owners and affordable housing developers in transactional matters involving low-income housing tax credits, historic tax credits, HOME Funds, tax-exempt bonds, and private and governmental financing sources.

Stephen Shellenberger, a Dallas litigation attorney, has been elevated to non-equity partner.

Lauren Kilgore, who is also being promoted to non-equity partner, is based in Nashville.
