Sheppard Mullin recently announced the addition of Dallas healthcare partner Phillip Kim from Haynes and Boone.
Kim, the fifth healthcare lateral firmwide that Sheppard Mullin has brought on this year, focuses his practice on regulatory and transactional matters. He primarily represents various kinds of providers in mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures and issues relating to liability exposure and anti-kickback statutes.
The 2011 SMU Dedman School of Law graduate started his career at the Rogaliner Law Firm, moved to Munsch Hardt for a brief two-year stint and then arrived at Haynes and Boone, where he practiced for almost six years and ended up making partner.
