Sidley Austin Promotes Two Dallas Attorneys to Partner

(Dec. 14) – Sidley Austin announced Thursday that Dallas attorneys Margaret Allen and Jessica Sheridan are among the firm’s new class of 19 partners effective Jan. 1, 2018.

Allen is in the firm’s litigation practice and has handled breach of contract, business torts and securities claims. She has represented American Airlines, General Motors, Hewlett Packard and Zale Corporation.

Sheridan, a SMU Dedman School of Law graduate, focuses her practice on representing private equity firms and public companies in corporate and transactional matters. She has also been involved with professional sports transactions.
