Houston litigation boutique Smyser Kaplan & Veselka announced on Wednesday that Hector Chavez has been promoted to partner.
Chavez joined the firm in 2011 after serving as a summer associate at Vinson & Elkins and Fulbright & Jaworski. He focuses his practice on patent litigation, trade secrets, commercial disputes, oil and gas disputes, civil rights and white collar defense.
