(Sept. 13) – Southern Methodist University announced yesterday that seven new members – including David Huntley, senior executive vice president and chief compliance officer of AT&T – have been elected to its Board of Trustees. They will serve four-year terms beginning at the Sept. 15-16 board meeting.
Haynes and Boone founder Mike Boone was re-elected as chair.
“As SMU begins its second century as a vibrant university in the heart of the thriving city of Dallas, the board is poised to continue to guide SMU to become one of the nation’s finest educational institutions in academic quality, research, student development and community impact,” Boone said in a statement.
