Texas Minority Counsel Program Announces Recipients of 2018 Awards

The State Bar of Texas announced the winners of the 26th annual Texas Minority Counsel Program on Monday.

Chasity Henry, Michael Pegues and U.S. District Judge Robert L. Pitman of the Western District of Texas received awards at the annual meeting held last week in Houston.

Henry, who is the assistant general counsel at Kimberly-Clark Corporation in Dallas, was honored with the TMCP Corporate Counsel of the Year Award.

Pegues received the TMCP Traiblazer of the Year Award. He is the vice chair of intellectual property litigation practice at Polsinelli in Dallas.

Pitman was selected for the TMCP Lifetime Achievement Award.
