(Jan. 4) – Thompson & Knight is staying put at One Arts Plaza through 2033 after an announcement by the firm Thursday that it extended its Dallas office lease for an additional 10 years.
T&K has been at One Arts Plaza since July 2008. The firm has 160,000 square feet on five floors.
“Our top quality offices at One Arts Plaza will continue to serve as a place where the firm can grow and serve our clients for many years to come,” Mark Sloan, the firm’s managing partner, said in a statement. “The extension of our lease underscores our long-time commitment to the Arts District and to the Dallas marketplace.”
Phil Puckett, Harlan Davis and Neal Puckett of CBRE represented T&K in the lease transaction.
