(July 12) – Dallas intellectual property boutique Ross IP Group announced this week that Anthony Magee has joined the firm as its third lawyer.

Magee led the intellectual property section at Gruber Hail Johansen Shank before the firm dissolved earlier this year. Prior to his decade at Gruber, Magee practiced at McKool Smith for 15 years.

A native of the United Kingdom and law graduate of Oxford University, Magee represents clients in claims of patent and trademark infringement and false advertising, theft of trade secrets, business disparagement, tortious interference, unfair competition and breach of contract matters.

“Tony offers our clients his extensive experience in evaluating and litigating technology-related disputes, and expands the firm’s strengths in other areas of commercial and business litigation,” Steven Ross, the firm’s managing partner, said in a statement.
