(March 29) – White & Case announced this week that Houston corporate partner Steven Tredennick has joined the firm.
The former chair of Paul Hasting’s Houston corporate practice, Tredennick has advised on a number of corporate transactional matters in the oil and gas industry, and regularly represents private equity funds and their portfolio companies in M&A transactions and joint ventures.
He is the sixth partner in the New York law firm’s recently opened Houston office.
