Winstead Adds Environmental Attorney Christopher Pepper as Shareholder

Christopher B. Pepper, previously a staff attorney for the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality and a senior research associate with the Institute of Environmental and Human Health in Lubbock, Texas, has joined Winstead as a shareholder.

Pepper, a graduate of Texas Tech University School of Law, is an environmental attorney with more than 10 years of experience representing clients in various matters including environmental permitting, environmental audits and litigation, and emergency response and public outreach. He has assisted clients with the policies and regulations of the TCEQ, EPA, Comptroller’s Office, TxDOT, the Texas Department of Agriculture, and the Edwards Aquifer Authority.
