Winstead Picks Up Dallas M&A Shareholder Robert McCormick

(June 1) – Winstead recently announced that Robert McCormick, an M&A lawyer, has joined the firm’s Dallas office as a shareholder.
McCormick lateraled over from Dallas-based business law firm Miller, Egan, Molter & Nelson.
The University of Texas School of Law graduate focuses his practice on complex mergers, acquisitions and reorganizations; real estate acquisitions, dispositions, leasing and financing; general business counseling and strategic planning; and secured, mortgage and specialty financing.
McCormick represents startup companies, entrepreneurs, private equity funds and publicly-traded corporations.
