(Jan. 30) – Winstead has promoted 13 attorneys to shareholder, the firm announced on Tuesday.
Ten of the newly-minted shareholders are based in Texas.
Clint Bodien focuses his practice on representing banks and financial institutions in acquisition financing, reserve-based financing and asset-based transactions, primarily in the energy industry. He received his law degree from the SMU Dedman School of Law and offices in Dallas.
Jeff Chadwick is in the firm’s wealth preservation practice in The Woodlands.
Sean Davis is based in Houston in the firm’s business restructuring and bankruptcy practice. He represents clients in a number of industries, including real estate, construction, equipment and vehicle leasing and finance, oil and gas, maritime shipping, health care, food service, office supply and manufacturing.
Cole Gearhart advises buyers and sellers in complex commercial real estate transactions. The SMU Dedman School of Law graduate practices in Dallas.
Grant Grubich is a Dallas attorney in the firm’s real estate development and investments practice, where his practice includes the structuring and development of mixed use projects, assisting developers acquire, dispose and develop various real estate asset classes including multifamily, office, retail and industrial properties.
Ehren Hartz is a Dallas corporate attorney who focuses on supply-chain, procurement and business process outsourcing transactions.
Ben Leffler concentrates his practice on real estate construction lending, securitized and other balance sheet financings, leases, recapitalizations, joint ventures, and related corporate and financial transactions. He is based in Dallas in the firm’s real estate finance group.
Tobin Swope focuses his Dallas-based practice on commercial real estate transactions involving financing, development, leasing, acquisition and disposition of real property of all asset classes. He received his law degree from the University of Texas.
Stephen Taylor, a Texas Tech University School of Law graduate, offices in Fort Worth and is a member of the firm’s business litigation practice, where he handled commercial and real estate disputes.
Ryan Valenza is an Austin corporate attorney and UT School of Law alumnus who handles venture capital financings, public and private offerings and mergers and acquisitions.
