(Oct. 11) – Winston & Strawn announced this week yet another addition from Fish & Richardson to its burgeoning 50-plus-attorney Dallas office.
Scott Thomas, the 25th attorney from Fish to join Winston in Dallas, represents companies and individuals in litigation related to securities, fiduciary duty, fraud, minority shareholder claims, trade secrets, insurance coverage and breach of contract.
Before graduating from SMU Dedman School of Law, Thomas worked at the international accounting firm PwC.
