(Feb. 6) – Winston & Strawn announced today that capital markets and securities vet Charles Haag has lateraled to the firm from Jones Day.

Haag handles transactions related to venture capital, IPOs, high yield and investment-grade debt, convertible securities, tender offers, spin-offs, reorganizations, and M&A/takeovers. This week, he advised Fort Worth fracking firm FTS International on its $351 million IPO.

“Charlie’s addition not only provides us an acknowledged top tier capital markets partner, but his REIT expertise also favorably augments our national REIT practice,” Bryan Goolsby, managing partner of Winston’s Dallas office, said in a statement.

Haag says he is excited to join Winston & Strawn and help the firm continue to build its presence in Dallas and Texas.
