January 29, 2016 Mark Curriden

From Media Reports

(Jan. 29) – The jury trial set to begin Monday involving the second group of plaintiffs in the litigation stemming from the 2013 West Fertilizer Co. explosion was canceled yesterday afternoon after the parties reached undisclosed settlements and partial settlements.

The first group of plaintiffs also settled in October prior to the start of its trial. A third group of plaintiffs is scheduled to go to trial on March 21.

More than 200 plaintiffs filed lawsuits after the April 17, 2013, explosion.
