(Feb. 27) – Yetter Coleman is moving to 811 Main in downtown Houston in March, according to an announcement made by commercial real estate giant CBRE, which represented the litigation boutique in the lease agreement.
The 35-lawyer law firm is leaving 2 Houston Center and will increase its footprint to 24,494 square feet on the 41st floor of 811 Main.
“The building’s location and amenities perfectly fit our culture and recruiting efforts,” Collin Cox, a partner at Yetter Coleman, said in a statement. “The new space was built with a focus on collaboration and training and features a courtroom that all of us will use to prepare for trial.”
Paul Yetter, the firm’s managing partner, added that “it is important to have offices that our team will love and let us stay downtown near our clients and the courts.”
