Bradley Arant Boult Cummings announced Wednesday that Houston labor and employment partner Kindall C. James has joined the firm from Liskow & Lewis.
James advises clients on HR issues involving discrimination and retaliation. She has defended employers against claims under the Fair Labor Standards Act, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and ERISA.
Her clients over her 16-year career have included Houston-based Motiva Enterprises, Dallas-based U.S. Risk, and USI Insurance Services.
Also licensed in Louisiana, James received her law degree from Loyola University New Orleans. She has practiced her entire 16-year career at Liskow.
