Dallas Real Estate Shareholder Moves to Polsinelli

July 20, 2026 Elle Grinnell

Austin Green, a commercial real estate shareholder, has joined Polsinelli’s Dallas office from Wick Phillips. He will represent developers, real estate investment funds, REITs, institutional owners and investors in commercial real estate transactions involving acquisitions and dispositions, development, leasing, financing and asset management, according to a firm announcement.

Before joining Polsinelli, Green spent eight years at Wick Phillips, where he most recently served as a partner in the firm’s real estate area after being promoted in 2022. He joined the firm as an associate following four years as an associate at Christiansen & Rawls.

“Austin is an important addition to our Dallas office and our growing real estate team across Texas,” said Brian A. Bullard, Dallas Office Managing Partner. “His experience across acquisitions, leasing, development and land use will help clients advance complex projects, and his practical, business-minded approach is a strong fit with how we serve clients.”

AREAS OF FOCUS
Green’s practice spans acquisitions and dispositions, development, commercial leasing, financing and asset management, with experience handling single-asset and multi-property portfolio transactions involving industrial, multifamily, office, retail, mixed-use and undeveloped land. He also has significant experience advising clients on industrial developments, including site acquisitions, development agreements, financing, leasing and dispositions.
