By Brooks Igo – (Aug. 15) – Novak Druce added two IP litigators – James Glenn and John Weatherspoon – to its Houston office, the IP law firm announced this week. The move, which included adding two other IP litigators at different offices, follows the opening of the firm’s Philadelphia office.
Glenn joins the 20-lawyer office from Morgan Lewis. He focuses his practice on high-tech patent litigation, but also has experience with transactional IP matters.
Weatherspoon joins Novak Druce’s litigation and life sciences pharmaceutical group after serving on the Scientific Advisory Board of Western University of Health Sciences’ Graduate College of Biomedical Sciences in Los Angeles. He has previously served as a biotechnology patent examiner at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
