(Jan. 27) – Dykema announced today that the Detroit-based firm has elected 13 new members, including four in Texas.
Alison Ashmore, Zachary Hoard and Eric White are based in the Detroit-based firm’s Dallas office.
Ashmore advises clients on a broad range of commercial litigation matters, including contractual disputes, protection of confidential information and intellectual property, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, unfair competition, employment issues and bankruptcy claims. She is a graduate of Baylor Law School.
Hoard handles business disputes and regulatory issues for his clients, including contractual disputes, breach of fiduciary duty, general negligence, vicarious liability, fraud, tortious interference, conversion and government investigations.
White focuses his practice on domestic and international finance transactions, including leveraged financings, structured financings, bridge financings, Islamic finance and derivatives.
Nicholas Monaghan is based in the firm’s San Antonio office. He focuses his practice on the purchase and sale of companies and assets, the creation of joint ventures and partnerships and the negotiation of commercial agreements.
