(April 7) – Winstead recently announced its new class of shareholders.
The Dallas-based firm promoted eight lawyers to shareholder firmwide, including six in Texas.
David Ammons and Greg Krafka are based in Houston.
Ammons, a University of Texas School of Law graduate, focuses his practice on energy litigation representing oil and gas producers, gas marketing companies, gas pipeline companies and natural gas liquids processing companies.
Krafka centers his corporate practice on mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, joint ventures, corporate governance and commercial agreements.
Sierra Quinonez is based in the firm’s Fort Worth office. The SMU Dedman School of Law graduate focuses her practice on representing lending institutions and borrowing entities in a wide variety of complex commercial lending transactions.
Carrie Rupprath, Kristi Stotts and Jordan Ware practice in the Austin office.
Rupprath, a University of Texas School of Law graduate, primarily focuses on representing clients in the insurance industry before the Texas Department of Insurance. She handles regulatory issues, approvals and compliance matters.
Stotts, a Baylor Law School graduate, centers her practice on real estate development, with an emphasis on structuring and administering residential, mixed-use and office condominiums, and residential and mixed-use communities.
Ware counsels high net worth individuals, executives and business owners in the areas of estate and gift tax planning, business succession planning, charitable planning, general tax and corporate planning and estate and trust administration. She is a graduate of the University of Texas School of Law.
