(April 7) – Gardere Wynne Sewell recently announced that four attorneys have been promoted to partner, effective April 1.
Chris Deskin, Rick Jordan and Glenn Singleton are based in Dallas. Mike Seely leads his practice in Houston.
Deskin, a University of Texas School of Law graduate, focuses his practice on trusts and estates with an emphasis on estate planning and federal tax-related matters, business succession planning, marital property planning and asset protection planning.
Jordan, a SMU Dedman School of Law graduate, centers his practice on venture capital financings, M&A, securities regulation and corporate governance. He also splits time with the firm’s Austin office.
Seely is a trial attorney that handles oilfield litigation, professional malpractice matters, real estate disputes and other business litigation. He is a graduate of the South Texas College of Law.
Singleton focuses his corporate practice on representing buyers, sellers, investors, fundless sponsors, joint ventures and other business entities in debt and equity financings.
