(April 20) – The State Bar of Texas recently announced that McAllen attorney Joe Escobedo, Jr. was elected chair of the State Bar of Texas Board of Directors during the board’s April 15 meeting in Horseshoe Bay.
Escobedo, a partner in Escobedo & Cardenas Attorneys at Law, focuses his practice on personal injury trial law. He will take office during the State Bar of Texas Annual Meeting in Fort Worth held on June 16 and 17.
The University of Texas School of Law graduate will serve as chair of the state bar’s board of directors until June 2017.
