(July 14) – Locke Lord received the 2016 Community Partnership Award from the Miracle Corners of the World, the firm recently announced.

The law firm was recognized for its commitment to the New York-based non-profit’s mission to help communities throughout the world achieve greater levels of education and health services, increased economic security and empowering children worldwide.

“Some may think we live in a cynical time when the idea of selfless acts and noble deeds are old-fashioned, but all of us here tonight know better. I am honored and humbled to accept this award on behalf of our firm where we share your commitment to create opportunities for diverse youth and for making a difference in their communities,” Jerry Clements, chair of Locke Lord, said on behalf of the firm at the MCW gala.
