(Dec. 21) – Locke Lord announced on Friday that it has promoted 12 lawyers across seven offices, effective Jan. 1, 2017.
Three of the newly-promoted partners are based in Texas.
Susan Adams focuses her litigation practice on antitrust and energy matters. She is based in Dallas and serves as an advisory board member and general counsel of the Texas Muslim Women’s Foundation.
Sara Longtain specializes in labor and employment law, where she represents clients in claims of discrimination, harassment, failure to accommodate and retaliation under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, wage and hour disputes under the Fair Labor Standards Act, defense and enforcement of covenants not to compete and non-solicitation agreements and workers’ compensation retaliation claims. The University of Houston Law Center graduate is based in Houston.
Hunter Summerford’s practice concentrates on energy and oil and gas transactional matters. He has extensive acquisition and divestiture experience with respect to upstream assets, and represents oil and gas companies in all phases of their business operations and transactions, with a particular emphasis on the midstream space.
He is based in Houston and is a graduate of the University of Texas School of Law.
