Sean Hamada and Samuel Smith Open New Dallas Firm

(Feb. 28) – Sean Hamada and Samuel Smith announced yesterday that they are leaving Dallas litigation boutique Carter Scholer to form their own firm – Hamada Smith.

The new firm will focus on corporate, transactional, business litigation and dispute resolution matters.

The Texas Lawbook will have comments from Hamada and Smith this week.
