(Jan. 10) – Dykema Cox Smith has selected Marty Truss to lead the firm’s San Antonio office, the firm announced Wednesday.
Truss succeeds Dan Harkins as office managing member. Harkins will continue to head up the firm’s intellectual property and IP litigation department.
An energy business litigator, Truss also co-leads the firm’s energy industry team. The St. Mary’s University School of Law graduate is a past president of the San Antonio Bar Association.
