(July 14) – Scheef & Stone responded to growing client demand in Collin County by signing a deal to expand its Frisco office space by more than 40 percent, the firm recently announced.
The law firm, which also has digs in downtown Dallas, plans to add more than 6,400 square feet to its office in Frisco at Hall Park. Scheef & Stone signed a 10-year lease in November 2014 for 12,357 square feet.
“Hall Park is the perfect location to serve our expanding client base. We find the Frisco area to be a booming business community and we are very glad to be a part of that growth,” John Scheef said in a statement.
The expansion is scheduled to be done in two phases and completed in the first quarter of 2017.
The firm’s Frisco office has more than 25 attorneys and has recently added cybersecurity and immigration practice areas.
