Porter Hedges announced this week that Joyce Soliman has been elected a fellow to the Texas Bar Foundation.
Soliman leads the Houston firm’s finance section and chairs its diversity committee. She represents represents commercial banks and private equity sponsors in corporate finance transactions, including commercial loans, asset-based financings, syndicated credit facilities, project finance, letter of credit facilities, real estate loans, acquisition financings, leasing facilities, and energy and infrastructure finance.
The Texas Bar Foundation is the largest charitably-funded bar founded in the country. It provids funding to programs that enhance the rule of law and the justice system in Texas.
