Dallas Boutique Signs Bankruptcy Litigation Expert

Dallas-based Hedrick Kring has recruited Katharine Battai Clark to the firm as a partner, the commercial litigation firm announced on Wednesday.

Clark, who focuses her practice on bankruptcy and insolvency litigation, lateraled over from Thompson & Knight. Jacob Kring, managing partner of Hedrick Kring, said in the announcement that bankruptcy-related litigation is a growing practice for the firm.

A 2004 graduate of SMU Dedman School of Law, Clark represents banks, indenture trustees, creditor committees, court-appointed fiduciaries and creditors in Chapter 11, 7, 15 and 13 bankruptcy cases.
