T&K Adds Veteran Real Estate Partner in Houston

February 2, 2020 Brooks Igo

Thompson & Knight recently added depth to its real estate and banking practice by recruiting Houston real estate partner Doug Stewart and New York partner Michael H. Jo.

Stewart was previously at Winstead, where he practiced for a decade. For more than 40 years, he has assisted clients with achieving lines of credit, hotel financing, and syndicated credits. The University of Texas School of Law alumnus also negotiated land acquisition and development contracts, improved property sales and financing and advised on lender liability issues.
