Spencer Fane announced this week the addition of Austin litigation partner Jennifer Riso.
Riso was previously at Cokinos Young. She regularly handles professional liability, product liability, catastrophic injury and wrongful death claims.
Riso has developed a niche representing fraternal organizations throughout the country. In addition to advising on litigation matters, she counsels students on Title IX actions and provides training designed to educate young adults on alcohol, hazing, sexual assault and bystander intervention.
Riso is the third attorney to join Spencer Fane’s Austin office this month. The firm has also added energy regulatory experts Cody Faulk and Rashmin Asher.
