Sure, there’s Haynes and Boone advising asset manager IKAV in acquiring Aera Energy from Shell and ExxonMobil for $2 billion and Gibson Dunn assisting Midcoast on its sale of its liquefied petroleum gas marketing business for $35 million, among others.
