(May 31) – Austin banking law firm Fenimore Kay Harrison Ford recently opened a Dallas office with three attorneys focused on serving community banks.
Robert Flowers and Jacque Kruppa join FKFH as partners from Hunton Andrews Kurth. Pam O’Quinn has lateraled over as senior counsel from Haynie Rake Repass & Klimko.
“Having previously worked in financial institutions groups at large firms, as well as at a boutique banking law firm, I have seen the benefit to clients of leveraging large firm knowledge and experience within a competitive rate environment,” O’Quinn said in a statement.
