Alex Dimock and Sam Murphy, real estate and finance partners, have joined Bracewell in Dallas from Holland & Knight. They will focus their practices on distressed commercial real estate, CMBS loan workouts and restructurings.

Michael Biles, a corporate and securities litigation partner, has joined DLA Piper in Austin from King & Spalding. Biles will focus his practice on securities class actions, derivative lawsuits, and regulatory investigations and enforcement actions involving public companies, officers and directors.
Scott F. Mascianica, a government enforcement and investigations partner, has joined Bradley in Dallas from Hilgers PLLC. He will focus on government enforcement proceedings, internal investigations and related litigation involving securities, regulatory and white-collar matters.
Peter Jordan, a commercial litigation partner, has joined Mitby Pacholder Johnson in Houston from the Houston office of Mayer Brown. He will focus his practice on complex commercial disputes.
