(June 21) – Bracewell grew its intellectual property practice in Houston with the addition of partner Douglas Rommelmann, the firm recently announced.
Rommelmann was most recently at Andrews Kurth Kenyon. He was an offshore engineer for six years prior to practicing law.
The South Texas College of Law graduate focuses his practice on patent procurement and designing around competitor’s patents, providing opinions on patent and trademark invalidity and infringement issues and representing companies in contested U.S. Patent & Trademark Office proceedings, including inter partes review proceedings.
