Bracewell Strengthens Public Finance Practice with New San Antonio Partner

(April 24) – Bracewell beefed up its public finance practice this week with the addition of San Antonio partner James Plummer.

The St. Mary’s School of Law graduate lateraled over from Norton Rose Fulbright. He specializes in tax-exempt financings, tax credits and governmental contracts, particularly with respect to tax-exempt housing finance.

Plummer is the second recent hire in Bracewell’s public finance team. In March, the firm signed former CHRISTUS Health Chief Legal Officer Nancy LeGros.
