Marianne Carroll, a partner at Brown McCarroll, became the eighth recipient of the Ernest E. Smith Lifetime Achievement Award on Jan. 17, 2013 at the Texas Journal of Oil, Gas, and Energy Law symposium banquet. The award is given to an attorney who has made significant contributions to the oil, gas, and energy industry.
Carroll, a graduate of The University of Texas School of Law, focuses her practice on the electricity regulation industry.
