(April 23) – East Texas law firm Ward, Smith & Hill, PLLC recently announced that named partner Bruce Smith has been inducted into the American College of Trial Lawyers.
A graduate of Baylor University School of Law, Smith has tried more than 60 cases to verdict over the past 30 years. He represents clients in cases involving auto accidents, business disputes, products liability, insurance claims, deceptive trade practices, federal tort claims and oil and gas matters.
“I am truly honored to be selected a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, an organization known for having the leading courtroom lawyers in the country,” Smith said in a statement.
