Buchalter Expands Texas Presence, Combines with Griffith Davison

Buchalter announced this week it has merged with the Texas construction, real estate, and commercial litigation firm Griffith Davison.

The combination bolsters Buchalter’s existing Dallas presence and establishes offices in Fort Worth, Austin and Houston. The Los Angeles-based firm now as nearly 40 lawyers in Texas.
