The ABA Standing Committee on Bar Activities and Services honored the DBA, the New Jersey State Bar Association and the New York City Bar Association for their efforts to increase the participation and advancement of lawyers from underrepresented backgrounds.

Most recently, Rao was serving as an adjunct professor of law at UNT Dallas College of Law while also representing two start-up ventures.

The chair of Houston law firm Wilson Cribbs + Goren will serve a one-year term as treasurer of the State Bar’s Real Estate Probate and Trust Law Section.
