CDT Lead Texas M&A Law Firms for H1 2021

August 26, 2021 Allen Pusey

Corporate Deal Tracker Texas-led deal ranking: Law firms in which Texas lawyers were the lead legal advisors for the buyers, sellers or targets of a merger, acquisition, divestiture or joint venture during the first six months of 2021.

Note that all reported deals are included whether or not deal values were disclosed. Therefore, some firm statistics reflect deal counts but no reported values. Where deal counts are the same, deal values are used as a secondary ranking.

A deal is considered Texas-led if one or more of the two lead lawyers on a transaction office in Texas.
