Dallas Family Law Firm Elevates Three Attorneys to Partner

July 7, 2026 Elle Grinnell

Orsinger, Nelson, Downing & Anderson has promoted family law attorneys Melissa Cowle, Christopher Lambert and Christopher Konneker to partner, expanding the leadership ranks of one of Texas’s largest family law firms. Cowle is based in the firm’s Dallas office and both Lambert and Konneker practice in the firm’s Frisco office. All three are board-certified in family law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and handle a broad range of family law matters, according to a news release.

Cowle has been licensed in Texas since 2016 and has spent her legal career with the firm representing clients in divorce, child custody, property division, support, marital agreements and other family law matters.

Lambert, who has been licensed since 2014, joined ONDA’s Frisco office as an associate in 2022 after building a family law practice representing clients across North Texas.

Konneker, who has been licensed since 2012, joined ONDA after practicing at Warren & Migliaccio LLP and previously operating Konneker Law PLLC.

“These promotions reflect the depth of talent within our firm and our commitment to developing the next generation of leaders,” said partner Scott Downing in the release. “Each attorney has earned the respect of clients and colleagues, and we are excited to see them continue to drive the future of ONDA.”
