Dallas Residential Mortgage Lending Attorney Jumps to Rival Boutique

Dallas residential mortgage lending expert Peter Idziak has lateraled from one residential mortgage law firm boutique to another.

Idziak has landed at Polunsky Beitel Green, which has six lawyers and offices in Dallas and San Antonio, from Black, Mann & Graham. His new law firm is the largest in Texas dedicated exclusively to representing residential mortgage originators.

A graduate of the University of Texas School of Law, Idziak has more than a decade of experience advising clients on regulatory and compliance matters, such as the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA), Truth in Lending Act (TILA), Equal Credit Opportunity Act (ECOA), Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) and the Home Mortgage Disclosure Act (HMDA).
