DLA Piper recently added healthcare transactional partner K. Randolph Peak to its Dallas office.
Peak was previously senior counsel at Perkins Coie. He focuses his practice on healthcare and life sciences transactions and regulatory counseling with particular emphasis in the areas of digital health and technology, healthcare privacy and healthcare supply chain.
Prior to joining Perkins Coie in 2017, Peak worked in-house at four different companies, including nine years at Fujitsu and 10 years at Vizient, where he was vice president and deputy general counsel. His most recent in-house position was system vice president and general counsel at Ochsner Health System in New Orleans.
DLA Piper has added two other partners in Dallas – Danny Tobey and Richard Cheng – with significant healthcare sector experience over the past nine months.
