SABA’s Top Honor Goes to Dykema Cox Smith Senior Counsel Dan Webster

(July 31) – Dykema Cox Smith recently announced that San Antonio senior counsel Dan Webster will receive the San Antonio Bar Association’s highest honor.

Webster will be recognized at the San Antonio Bar Foundation’s annual Gala Benefit & Awards on Sept. 15 as the winner of the 2018 Joe Frazier Brown, Sr. Award of Excellence.

The SABA chooses lawyers for the Joe Frazier Brown, Sr. Award of Excellence who demonstrate the highest level of professionalism, exceptional skills as a counselor and advocate and such personal attributes as honor, integrity, service and intelligence, according to the press release.

Webster has been with the firm since 1964 and served as Cox Smith’s managing director for nearly a decade. The corporate lawyer continues to serve as an outside general counsel for a number of San Antonio companies.
